Face Masks (7-Day Return Policy)

Our face masks are made with 100% natural ingredients and contain no preservatives, giving them a very short shelf life. For this reason, they are eligible for returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.

Face Creams & Body Lotions (30-Day Return Policy)

Our face creams and body lotions are crafted with the same natural care but have a shelf life of up to 2 years. These items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied.

Return Requirements

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
